Tamil Nadu is the RICHEST STATE in India and former Chief Minister of Tamil Nadu was splurging money on giving GOODIES to local Tamil people instead of sending to SWISS BANKS like other Chief Ministers of other states. Chief Minister J Jayalalithaa was LOVED by Tamil People, since she was a benevolent leader who looked after the welfare of the tamil people.

This is just one part of the welfare schemes but she had implemented a lot of welfare schemes for peopel of the states.
Obviously, some people living out of India ( most likely JEWISH Swiss Bankers ) did not like a Chief Minister ,who splurges on her people, they want Chief Ministers who orchestrate Rs 1,75,00,00 Crore Irrigations Scam ( like in maharashtra ) or Rs 1,50,00,00 Crore CWG 2010 Scam in Delhi and bring money to Swiss Banks.
