    Many people in Tamil Nadu believe that former Chief Minister J Jayalalitha was murdered, as she was resisting pressure to implement FOOD SECURITY BILL.
    Narendra Modi Government started putting tremendous pressure on Tamil Nadu Government , when Chief Minister J Jayalalitha was in Hospital to implement FOOD SECURITY BILL passed by UPA Government and also give FREE LAND to foreign investors.

    On 30 December 2016 ( Friday ), Tamil Nadu High Court expressed doubts on Thursday, over the death of former Tamil
    Nadu Chief Minister J.Jayalalithaa. They asked “Why can’t we exhume her body?" asked a bench, adding that the sudden nature of her death and the fact that no medical report had been submitted has raised suspicions.
    The Madras High Court, unhappy with the secrecy around the medical treatment of former Tamil Nadu Chief Minister J Jayalalithaa for 75 days till her death, asked on Thursday, why it should not order the exhumation of her body.The high court bench also issued notices, among others, to three Union ministries, CBI and Apollo Hospitals.

    Tamil Nadu High Court Bench led by Justice Vaidyanathan - pointed out that no revenue division officer (RDO) visited her and that no medical records were furnished, he said no photographs or medical details had been released even after her demise. There was no videos or photographs of claims made by Appollo Hospital Administration that former Tamil Nadu Chief Minister Jayalalithaa had been eating, signing papers and even conducting meetings.

    Tamil Nadu High Court Bench led by Justice Vaidyanathan also pointed out that her while there were no videos, no photographs or witnesses to claims made by Appollo Hospital Administration that former Tamil Nadu Chief Minister Jayalalithaa was recovering well, her condition suddently deteriated without rhyme or reason and she died suspiciously.
    No AIADMK Leader or family member was allowed to meet her during course of her hospitalization which further raised suspisions.
    The bench recalled a similar situation in the late 1980s when former chief minister M.G Ramachandran was ill and said, “When M.G.R was taking treatment, the government released a videograph of the chief minister ” '
    Senior advocate K M Vijayan, appearing for AIADMK worker P A Joseph, made a request for a fact finding Commission to investigate the death of former Tamil Nadu Chief Minister Jayalalithaa in suspicious circumstances.
